My app doesn’t always give me my sleep score. Out of 10 nights it will show 3. It does record sleep stages. I get HR, O2, and all the other parameters. I run pO2 face on the watch, should that make any difference? Also, I always try to tell the app that I went to bed. Any suggestions?

Hi there, @Gavrilodj. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Sense.
Keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see your sleep score information.
To get your sleep stages accurately, I recommend considering the following:

Thanks for reply. However, I already seen this response, and adjusted the strap, etc. Selecting “Begin sleep now” in app doesn’t seem to be a problem since I always select it and 40% of time I get the score. Again, sleep stages I get every night. Smthg else is going on

Hope this helps

Using the start sleep mode on the fitbit app should never give the user a sleep score.
Some users have reported that removing this sleep record, then re-adding will then give a score.
They manually add with the same times that were auto recorded.
