I went from a Versa to a Sense a couple of months ago. Since then, two or three times a week I do not get a sleep score due to restless. There will be number like 7X restless and then no details on the sleep score. This did not happen with my Versa. Is this a bug in the Sense?

I ended up changing the sleep app to sensitive. I have gotten a sleep score the last 2 days.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Sense. Thank you for the information provided.
To be able to see Sleep Score your Sense must have registered your sleep stages (light sleep, deep sleep, and REM). If on your Fitbit account you only see a sleep pattern (time asleep, restless, and awake), please visit this article, open the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" and follow the instructions.
In addition, you can restart your Watch by following these steps.
If you see your sleep score on your Fitbit account but not on your Sense, please let us know.
