Sense doesn't receive call/text notifications after an update to the Fitbit app

My Fitbit updated last week to 3.44. I have an iPhone 11 with iOS 14.7.1. Since the Fitbit updated, I have not received any notifications. Text, calls, or even step goals. I have checked all settings, toggled all the toggles, hard reset both, and still nothing. This is really getting annoying.

Hello @Brooks930. Welcome to the community forums.

I'm sorry for the experience and thank you for the detailed information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior to posting. At this time, I'd recommend making sure that you have followed all the recommended troubleshooting steps in this help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

On a side note, I'd recommend making sure that sleep or DND mode aren't activated. When any of these settings are activated:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.

To change this, press and hold the button, and swipe right on your Sense to access the quick settings screen. Tap a setting to turn it on or off. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.

Look at what Wilson suggested.

Try the below if not done all of these already.

1. Try removing watch from bluetooth

2. Force quit app and reboot phone

3. Reconnect to Bluetooth

4. Restart sense

4. Open Fitbit app and pull down screen to sync

You can try Fitbit support too.
