Hi @rodriguez0033 - as @t.parker says
However, because of its certification for ECG, it's heart rate accuracy at rest is correct and is normally able to give good sleep results.

Hi!
You don’t say how inaccurate your HR is. Using a watch will always be a compromise compared to belts. Belts pick up your heartbeat, smartwatches and trackers use a light source that usually sends green or red LED through the skin, and an optical sensor that detects the light reflected back from the bloodstream.
Is it fair to say that your Sense is precise when you are resting, and exercise at a steady pace, and off when you run intervalls?

How off is it? My best advice is to try and wear your Sense slightly different places on your wrist to find the best position ( it is described in the manual how to do it). If it is way off, clearly something is wrong with your device, and you should contact customer care. For me, HR is acceptable except for intervalls.

@rodriguez0033- The Sense heart rate won't give you as good a result as an Ionic or Versa or Versa 2.
As @t.parker has said, it's the same during exercise issue most people are reporting in the forums for which there is no solution.

@rodriguez0033- have a look in the forums - a chest strap may work better for you.

@rodriguez0033- better to get a separate device [ one with a chest strap as it gives a better result ] to do the monitoring.
