Okay so I have had the Sense for about a month. The first few days everything was great and I loved it BUT something happened on July 22nd and that is when my health metrics, sleep score, time to get moving, heart rate, skin temp ALL stopped registering. I have restarted several times, done a factory reset, deleted and reinstalled the app. I love Fitbit and have for a long time but this is a useless watch. I mean it tells time and counts my steps but that is all. Am I doing something wrong or is this watch just a 360.00 piece of junk? Don't get me started on the online chat help....

Maybe someone can give guidance now that we know. Did you ask for a replacement?

No I did not ask for a replacement. I can not even get good communication with Fitbit. One lady tried to tell me how to change my clock face.
Clearly that is not the issue here.
