Sense doesn’t show water logged in whether it is logged on watch or on phone

 If I log water on my phone it does not show up on the watch, the watch still says 0 water. Sometimes it shows the water I added for about a split second but then goes back to 0. If I log water on the watch, it does show up on the phone app, but it still doesn’t show up on the watch. I tried taking the tile off the watch and putting it back as was suggested elsewhere but that did not fix it.

Sorry, the part I wrote about it showing up on the watch for a split second is referring to when I log it on the watch, not on the phone.
