Sense doesn't stay connected with phone

Why do I have to open my app 10 times a day for my sense to be connected to my phone my versa 2 was always connected only opened my ap to check battery level not happy with my Spence should have gone with an apple watch

Hi @Annoe  - did you check the battery saving option on your phone to make sure the phone, or you, are not shutting down the Fitbit App?

If you have Android 13 there may be an issue, have a look in the forums for ither solutions.
