Sense doesn't sync Exercise app logs on Fitbit app

My sense is not tracking or syncing exercise that is manually started or stopped from the watch interface. I am syncing to iOS (most updated version). I have checked all Bluetooth and restarted all devices.

Hi @ASmith317. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and the steps tried on your own. While this is odd, may I know if the rest of your data (steps, distance, sleep, etc.) is syncing correctly? Do you recall since when this started to happen?

Even though you've tried troubleshooting your watch, please give a try to the following in the given order:

  1. Forget your Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your watch one more time
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Use the Exercise app and when you finish, tap Done and sync again.

Thanks for the response.

Everything else seems to be syncing just fine. Steps, distance, sleep auto sync and anything else I log manually and it seems to keep that information. I will try the steps again to see if it helps.

I should mention that my exercise synced automatically tonight but it only recorded 27 min when I manually started and stopped the workout and logged 1 hr 24 min.

Hi there, @ASmith317.

You're welcome, thanks to you for keeping me posted and confirming that the rest of your data is syncing correctly. In that case, please give a try to the suggestions shared above and let me know how your Sense responds. Make sure to use the Exercise app so you can start and finish your activity at the right time.

Have a good one.
