Hello! I got a Sense for Christmas to replace a Versa. The Sense does not count calories burned the same 😞 I do kickboxing twice a week and with the Versa my calories burned were like 260 and my weight/circuit workouts like 263. Now with the Sense kickboxing registering 200 and my other workouts 136. Why is this?? Makes me sad about the change.

@DeniseC326 That would be because of the low heart rate issue during exercise. If you search the forum, you'll find threads, mostly locked, about it.

My heart rate hasn't changed during exercise....my question is why it's calculating differently from the versa to the sense...

@DeniseC326 It's different technology. Sense and Versa 3 have a newer heart rate sensor called pure pulse 2. Fitbit advertised it as being more accurate.

Yes I see what you're saying now after searching the topic (which I should have done first ).
Bummer that so many are experiencing issues with no apparent resolution. Thanks for the response.
