Hi, I got my Sense couple of days ago mainly to track my sleep, but unfortunately this feature doesn't work on my FitBit watch: I don't get ANY sleep data.
I wear my FitBit watch when I got to sleep - is there anything else I should do? Like start a sleep mode, or something?
I always turn my phone to Airplane mode when I got to sleep - may that be the reason why the sleep tracking doesn't work?
I would appreciate any help! Thanks

Hi @Angelika_.
Your Fitbit should detect sleep and track it automatically. I think the first thing to try would be restarting your Sense (press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the fitbit logo). Also are you wearing it tight enough? It needs to be quite snug so that it can get a good HR reading.
Have you checked the Fitbit app on you phone to see if the sleep data is in there. I remember some users had an issue where the sleep data wasn't showing on the watch (in the today app), but was still showing in the Fitbit phone app.

when you go to bed at night on the watch itself swipe right and set it to night mode while you sleep un set it when you wake up. now also you need to sleep with the watch for three days before it starts telling you any info about your sleeping. also for it to record your sleep correctly you must have more then 3 hours of actual sleep un interrupted so i go to bed expecting to sleep 5 hours but the watch only records 3 hours 19 minutes because like most humans i don't fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow so it take me like 45 minutes also i toss and turn a lot i do get up randomly and use bathroom all this is not sleep time so for it to work correctly try and get a full night sleep aim for 6-8 hours after three days of this you will start to get some sleep graphs and info in the app.
why do you turn your phone on airplane mode?
if it a iPhone there is a sleep mode and do not disturb mode just saying.
Airplan mode shuts down all Connection to internet both through cellular and wifi just a heads up.

I have an iPhone. Like @Converse mentioned, I put my iPhone on Do Not Disturb and my Sense on Sleep when retiring. This works for me. Also, my family knows how to circumvent the DND on my phone in case of emergency. Let me know if you want more info on this.
