I removed premium from my account today and now nothing works will not sync nor is there any data displayed? any suggestions or just live with the really bad Idea I bought a Fitbit.

Do you mean the data doesn't sync after you ended premium subscription? Omg. Have you reached out to support team?

Hi @reginaruss - Premium has no bearing on the functioning of the watch.
What may have happened is the battery has become flat.
You may have tried to charge it but its not charging due to another issue like a faulty charge cable.
If you place it on the charge cable and plug it into a computer the watch should restart, or wake to show charge level and charge.
If it doesn't, carefully check the charge cable. One of the 4 pins may not be secure [most often the bottom left one when you hold it with the wire coming out the right].
If it is faulty get a replacement one under warranty or buy and new one online.
