Sense face always stays on!

Since the recent update, where is draining everyone's battery, including mine, the watch face is always on, but before it would shut off when not looking at it. This makes sleeping with it on very difficult for me and especially for my spouse. This needs to be fixed, this is a premium product. It'll probably help with the battery drain too.

Hi, @JimmyAndrews, welcome to the community. You do not mention which clock face you are using (more on that later) may I suggest you check the settings on your "Sense" Swipe left to and touch settings>display>brightness set to normal>screen wake set to motion & button>timeout as desired (I suggest 10 seconds)> Always on display off. Return to the clock face. If this does not solve your problem From your phone Fitbit app "today" screen touch your icon in the top left corner>Sense>Gallery>Sense tab>touch the image of your current clock face (its the largest) and swipe up> settings. If there is an option to have "always on" disable it - only some clock faces have this option. Should you still be struggling I recommend you change to another clock face made by Fitbit (Not a third party).

Let us know how you get on.

Cheers
