Heart rate monitor is way off. That is a given and most complained function about the Sense.

Counts way too many floors.

Counts way too many steps. The easiest 10,000 steps of my life, every day.

Speaker sucks, too low even at highest setting.

Apps are baaaaaaaaad. Not useful at all.

Maybe the only good feature are the ECG and sleep monitoring. I hope.

When it comes to floors, their has been many complaints about excess floor counts going back 8 years, starting with the first Charge. This feature depends on atmospheric pressure, which is unstable.

Airplanes still use this technology, and use gps as a backup.

Have you noticed that many tricks have dirty back doors? This is because of the low pressure behind the truck. The same thing happens with the arm bombs windy day.

While it is rare, during super storm sandy my tracker added stairs from the barometer dropping to fast.

The apps, some I find very use full and use weekly, I rarely use anything other than my wrist to purchase items.

Most of the apps are not written by Fitbit, if you want, you could write your own app or design your own clock face.

I agree the speaker is low, but for the few calls I get, and the ability to no need to carry the phone, it is nice to have, and not hard to switch the conversation to the phone.

Steps, no arm based tracker directly counts steps. They look at arm movements to decide if the feet are moving. This is the biggest complaint with most arm based trackers throughout the day, including the AW.

However while on a walk, my steps are never off by more than a count of 10. I haven't tried counting more than 1000 at a time.
