I also have this problem. My sense has completely glitched out after selecting ‘swim’ under exercise and has been stuck on lap swimming for 6 hrs now and it won’t let me reset or anything.
I can reset or stop the exercise. I can’t even access another screen. I’m very frustrated right now

Hello @hlane357 and welcome to the Community. Please press the side button twice, quickly and firmly. This should get you to the Pause/End screen. Try a couple times if you need to.
