I've had my Sense 8 days now, and I just noticed an oddity. When I sync and look at my active minutes for the day -- every day since I started wearing it -- the Fitbit shows 1 or 2 minutes in the fat burn zone during my sleep (almost always between 1am and 1:30am) and shows my heart rate jumping up to over 100 (120 at one point!) for a couple of minutes. This would be worrisome except that, looking at the heart rate graph for the day, my heart rate stayed in the low 50s.
Before converting to Fitbit, I was a Garmin user. Before the Garmin was another Fitbit... All in all, I've been wearing trackers for about 6 or 7 years, and there's never been anything like this. Weird.
I know this is a fluke, but it's still a little unnerving to see every day. Has anyone else seen this? Any ideas of how to fix it?

Hi, the Sense can show these random heart rate bursts [particularly if there is movement], as well as randoms floors.
Of course that can fool the active zone minutes.
A couple of things to try though.
First Shutdown the watch, at the bottom of Settings on the watch, after 10 seconds place it on the charger to start it.
Second, set up a sleep schedule in the watch settings, it may be less likely to do the random heart rates.

Hi @MGcreates,
First I would follow @Guy_ 's advices.
If that issue persists, I would take into account the following:
- I think I am not wrong if I say that the sample rate of heart rate readings is not the same on the active minutes graph and on the daily heart rate graph. Am I right, Fitbit and Community experts? If I'm right, it wouldn't be surprising to find short HR events (1-3 minutes) in one graph and not in the other.
- The fact that it happens always at the same time during your sleep points out to the possibility of being associated with a certain sleep stage. Maybe sharp movements with your arm during sleep.
- If nothing of the above works, maybe ask your doctor to use a clinical sleep monitor for a few nights. That would provide the missing answers.

Thanks for the tip! I've already set up the sleep schedule, but I'll try the shutdown/startup trick today.

Thanks for the reply, Miguel! Thankfully, I'm 99% sure this isn't an actual health issue. It's odd because the early morning active minute (or two) doesn't show up until the end of the day. When I sync in the mornings, the 2 HR graphs are basically the same -- no extra active minute. It's only there once I've finished my day and logged other actual active minutes.
I had wondered about the HR sample rate, too, and I think there is a difference... Looking at posted times, one is 2 minutes and the other is usually around 3 minutes (can't remember which is which). I'm not sure why Fitbit would choose to use different sample rates, unless it's a necessity for one of the algorithms.

@MGcreates , I read somewhere that the sample rate is higher for the active minutes. But don't remember where I read it, so I can not vouch for this info reliability.

Ok, I think I've figured this out. I checked the activity log this morning and there was nothing... normal heart rate throughout the night. I just synced after an active afternoon and now there's the weird little blip around 1:28am. It correlates with activity minutes that I earned this afternoon from 1:20pm - 1:35pm. I went back to check other days, and it's the same thing: I'd earn activity minutes during the afternoon sometime between 1pm and 1:30pm, and the nightly activity minute matches that time, except in the am. Go figure.
Thanks, everybody, for the support and advice!

Wow, @MGcreates !
That looks like a MAJOR BUG. I had never heard or read about that one, I think.
Thanks for your feedback. Always learning...
