My sense goes into a sleep like mode several times a day. I have to go and re-sync. If I don’t it shows the incorrect time. Very frustrating.

Try changing clock face to a standard Fitbit one and also restart the watch.
On the watch Swipe left Click settings Scroll to the bottom Click shutdown and Yes wait a bit Then start by pressing the button till it vibrates or the logo appears |
No data is lost restarting it, but always good to sync with the Fitbit App first.

Hi @Lorlor70, welcome to the Community Forums. @Guy_, thanks for stopping by to help our member.
@Lorlor70, thanks for the details and I'm sorry that you're having this experience with your Sense. About the sleep mode, may I know if you've set a sleep schedule before? Your watch has the option to schedule when you want it to be into sleep mode. To check this, on your watch swipe to the left and open the Settings app, tap Quiet modes > Schedule Mode and make sure Off-hours is turned off. That being said, please try restarting your watch and monitor its behavior in the next days.
In regards to your watch not syncing correctly, I'd recommend your to verify if your phone meets the requirements and give a try to the suggestions described here.
@Guy_, thanks for your suggestions. Just let me clarify that the shutdown function is to turn off the Sense however, this won't restart its performance or functions. You can find the correct instructions to restart a Fitbit device here.
