The Sense was the high end smartwatch when I purchased it 6 months ago. I love the Fitbit app but the physical product should not advertise as a fitness watch when the band can't even stay attached to the watch during everyday activities. My watch became disconnected many times without doing anything other than wearing it. I was walking on the beach today and when I got back to my car it was gone. No trauma, nothing. It just fell off. I wasn't able to find it and now I'm out $250. This is my second watch and as much as I love the app I won't be buying another Fitbit and I wouldn't recommend anyone else getting one. Fitbit doesn't take responsibility for it's horribly designed bands even though they know they are a problem. And when the band fails off, the watch goes with it. Shame on them for selling such faulty equipment and then failing to make it right.

@DocArod Sorry that happened to you. My Sense is 2 years old and has never fallen off. If you knew it was falling off when you got it, you should've returned it because that isn't normal. My watch is very secure and I haven't had any issues with it falling off in the two years I've had it.
If you're still in a warranty period, I'd recommend you reach out to Fitbit about the band falling off.

You're right I should have replaced the watch/band the first couple times it fell off. Those times it was from doing something /like putting on a jacket or it getting caught on a seatbelt. I just felt like if I kept an eye on it, I wouldn't lose it. I'm way out the warranty period. I just don't trust their quality anymore, probably going to go with something like a Garmin.
