Sense grey panel where you charge has popped off

I was charging my sense up as recently whenever I use it the batter is terrible so I let it die and let it charge to 100% but forgot about it and 10 minutes later I went to get it and the grey back part that has the charge holes, heart rate monitor etc has half popped off I'm guessing it's because of the batter expanding not sure though is there any official place I can get this fixed any help would be appreciated

Gosh how awful. 🥺 I would definitely contact Fitbit Customer Service here: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
