My fitbit sense is stuck on the fitbit logo. Talked with customer service and nothing helped. It tries to reboot, but nothing. Extremely annoyed as on August 20th, I just renewed my Fitbit premium, and 9 days later my watch failed. NO REFUNDS for that premium after a promise of a review of my situation, and only 30% off a new watch given. Thanks, but no thanks. Moving on to Garmin!
I have been a member of Fitbit since 2013. Stuck with the company through few recalls and product failures. All inconvenience, but felt the support. Unfortunately, my sense was replaced (again) in Feb of 2023 from hardware failure, before that recall. So the watch lasted 6 months tops. Had the iconic before that actually heated up and slightly burned my wrist, etc.
I reached out to fitbit and google for refund on the 9 day old premium, as without a watch who needs premium. Nothing. So beware. I would not recommend pay in full for a full year of premium, had it been month to month I could cancel. Note Garmin doesn't require any paid membership. Saying goodbye to this company, not the same now that google owns it.
