Hi all,
So I bought a Versa 3 on 12th June of this year. No problems with it at all, i don't wear it whilst in the shower or bath or washing up. I charge it about every 3 days or so. Still have the original strap on it. Tonight after removing it to charge it I noticed on the underside, right on the edge of the sensor, just to the left of the fitbit logo, there is this black stuff on it. I thought that this was just something that was stuck and went to wipe it off, but it didn't move. I took a closer look and noticed that this is stretchy and coming out of the sensor and realised this is the glue.
I havent seen this issue on the forum, this is why I have had to start a new topic. Why is this happening, will it fall off? I paid a lot for this and you just don't expect something like this to happen.
I am using my versa in conjuction with my Samsung s10, this works fine. I also use the Aria air scales (not the best at syncing with the app though and have to sometimes manually add in my weight) and pay for premium membership.
Thanks in advance.
Sam
