My fit bit has a black screen and vibrates every 5 seconds.
I’m not sure what to do to fix it???

Try swiping the screen left, it may just be a clock face fault.
If you see things when you do that, then open the clocks app and change the clock face your are using.
If not, hold the button for 10 seconds till the logo appears or it stops vibrating and restarts with a simple vibrate.

Probably best to contact Fitbit support, it may be faulty.
In the Fitbit App click profile photo = > help & support => contact customer support
Or better still return it to where you bought it for a new replacement.
