When i turn my sense on there is a bright white bar on the right side of screen. This was not there yesterday. Not sure why or how this had happened.

Hi @Eternity136 - this could be a watch face fault or a watch fault.
First double tap the display, swipe the face to the right and make sure the Always On icon is disabled.
If that doesn't help, try restarting it by pressing the button for 10 seconds, till it vibrates and the logo appears.
Lastly try changing to another clock face. But if you swipe the watch face in any direction and the white bar remains that won't help.
If none of these help and it is under warranty it may need replacing but first chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support, they can help factory reset it as there is a very slim possibility it can fix it.
