Sense has lines across screen

My fitbit sense had lines across the screen and wouldn't respond until I plugged it into my charger. I have shut it down and reset it and it has still done the dance thing.  I am attaching a picture showing what it is doing.

Hi @LDouglas5.

 

Have you tried changing the clock face from the Fitbit app? This will rule out being an issue with the face and probably point more to a hardware issue.

I did and it still continued to do the same thing.  I have spoke with Fitbit and they are replacing it.
