Sense has not tracked my health metrics data since December 28th

My sense has not recorded any health metrics (except steps) since December 28th, 2023. No sleep, no average heart rate, no sp02, nothing. They are all blank. I have restarted the device and my phone. I have tried to reinstall the app, nothing is working. I am so frustrated, I am now the owner of a $200 pedometer 😡

Hi @BrieNicole01 - swipe the watch face to the left and tap on the Today app. In there check that it is recording steps and more importantly heart rate. If the HR sensor has a fault there will be no value, or it can be a fault with the Fitbit App .

After syncing the watch manually try accessing the data via the web dashboard if the sensor is working.

If the HR sensor isn't working you won't get metrics which depend on it and in which case you could try a factory reset but be patient, it isn't without risk. Once started wait 5 minutes and hopefully the app will allow you to set it up again as if a new watch. Unless the watch has a hardware fault it should help.
