Sense has power but screen is black

The watch has power and keeps trying to start up as it plays the welcome tune, but the screen is black. I have tried a factory reset, tried this while charging and without. It just keeps trying the restart and then the battery drains. I sync to an iPhone 14 and this is not picking up anything from the watch (probably due to me resetting the watch). I have looked through the forums and can’t see anything that I haven’t tried. The watch is 24 months old. Any help appreciated, thanks.

@Freeman76 Two causes, one water/moisture got into the watch which can cause a short a display goes black. Or two, OS/watch face got corrupt, which only way to fix is either attempt a watch face change or factory reset your watch as you already tried that. Contact support. YMMV
