Sense heart rate accuracy should I buy

I see many complaints about the HR accuracy and other sensor. My question is, should I buy it or not? I am getting second thoughts about this product...

I don't recommend starting this Apple vs Fitbit vs whatever story. Apple lasts for one day, fitbit lasts for five. Apple costs double the Fitbit. Apple is better as a smartwatch. And so on. Not a good idea to flame. One can buy whichever she wants.

Spoke to someone at Fitbit who suggested doing a factory and it seems to have done the job

I’ve had this issue and the replies from Fitbit have been laughable, strap too tight, not tight enough, has temperature changed?

They should at least acknowledge the issue

I feel exactly the same regarding the Fitbit Versa. Since the day I bought it and starting wearing it. I feel like taking it outside and smashing it to bits.

Nothing works properly. Purchased October 2019. Did a recent upgrade and it stopped working completely. Did a factory reset

but then wouldn't sync to my tablet. etc. The only thing good/nice about it is - It looks good. Not worth the money.

I completely agree, anything above 120 bpm for me is a crapshoot. I was on a Stairmaster and was panting. The hand sensors on the machine showed me at 191 bpm and my Fitbit maxed out at 140 bpm. I can't believe how inaccurate it is and wish I had returned it in my 45-day window.

I experienced the same issue with my FitBit Charge 3. It read as heart rate of 113bpm when the Holter Monitor from my doctor read 176bpm! I was hoping for an improvement as I'm interested in an ECG and am heavily considering a Samsung Galaxy Active 2 instead of the Sense based on these reviews.

Now having seen this thread. This pretty much tells me not to get the sense. Its lacking accuracy

Those who have tested the apple say its very accurate.

For me, it is basically just a watch that I can also get the weather and text messages on. As far as health information or calendar forget it it’s not a very good quality watch at all

So Versa 3 is more accurate?
Or why throw in Sense & get Versa 3?

I wouldn't buy a sense again. Honestly I would love a refund. Bought late 2020, noticed the HR was trash and immaculate during exercise. Hoped for a firmware update that would fix it... Still hasn't came. Very disappointed. I dropped the amount of cash I did and everyone else here did because I wanted a quality product.
