Hi, @Tontor , welcome, it's a pity you are having a problem with your "Sense". You clearly have experience with Fitbit devices and the app so will know that calorie burn is based on the HR data stream. Your starting point should be to see if anything is impeding the HR sensor/LED array, clean the back of your Sense with warm soapy water use something like a cotton bud to make sure the sensor "pits" are clean (do not use anything abrasive). Tattoos and scaring stop the modern sensors from working properly if you have either use the other wrist. Another tactic is to have a friend or family member wear it to see if the results are different.
FYG I'm swimming 3,000 metres a day in 90 minutes and getting a burn of about 700 kC, your numbers are clearly off.
You mention resetting your "Sense", also try a factory reset, do not forget to sync the device before you do this. It will need a full setup afterwards.
If all this fails talk to "Customer Support" here . I recommend using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response, be ready to enumerate all the steps you have taken, notes would be a good idea, it will not be a quick call.
Good luck.
Cheers

@MarkMM, you assume too much, I do have a Sense (and other devices) and speak from experience.

Thanks for answering and advise gr4 Already did online chat with support and phone conversation including emails. After doing everything and support could see my online account they agree it was faulty. Did have for few weeks as problems were from start. Got money back, went back to old iconic that is more correct. As for Sense I will see what fitbit brings out next or maybe swap over to another make although do like ionic
