Sense heart rate history won't match with AZM graph

I have had my Fitbit for two weeks. Suddenly, it has stopped displaying each day's heart rate chart, but the data is still collected and saved, because I can access it through other means. What's the deal and how do I fix it? My app and Fitbit are up-to-date.

This Imgur link has screenshots that show exactly what I mean. Note that today is Wednesday but the last record is from Monday, but the following images are representations of today's activity.

Correction/clarification: in the link, the first image shows my heart rate history. The two images that follow show today's activity, which is not shown in the first image.

Welcome @문하사. It's great to see a new face around the forums.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and for the screenshots provided. It's odd that your heart rate details aren't displayed correctly in the Active Minutes Zone graph and just to confirm, do you recall since when this started to happen? What is the model of your phone?

According to the screenshot it seems you have an Android device, so let me recommend the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. On your phone's settings, tap Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  3. Go back one screen, tap Force Stop and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Wait a few minutes and check your details.

Hope this helps.
