Within 10 days my Sense resting heart rate was clearly off. I am fit & for 30+ years, my resting bpm has been in the 40's. My ionic was fairly accurate most of the time. With the Sense, the resting bpm jumps around from 72, 60, 123, etc. Yesterday, I sat at my desk and for more than an your, the Sense reported 84 bpm. I took out my oximeter, which showed my actual heart rate, as expected, was 49 bpm. By phone, I reported this gross error today and was told to perform a factory reset. If that doesn't solve the problem, I will return or stuff the Sense in a drawer until new firmware corrects the issue. And I will reinstall my more reliable Ionic!
