Sense heart rate monitor stopped working

No heart rate measured for the best part of today. Battery charged, resets done, watch shutdown and restarted. Nothing working.

Try swiping left and tap the Today App and see if there is a heart rate, if so, it could be the clock face has a fault.

If it's really not working probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

If it needs replacing under warranty best to take it back to where you bought if for replacement as you may only get a refurbished one from Fitbit directly.
