My sensor has stopped working; there are usually red and green lights on the back of the watch face that are no longer flashing/on. My watch has stopped tracking my heart rate as a result. Have tried wiping the sensor and resetting the watch but no luck. Any help welcomed, thanks

Hi @Sarahjayne_86 - there is a setting in the watch Settings menu to turn off the heart rate sensor. make sure that is set on.
If it is and it still has no flashing lights there is probably a fault due possibly to water getting in. If it gets hot when charging stop immediately.
Make a note of any clock faces or apps you have installed before proceeding, it will help for the next steps..
Probably best to chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support. They may take you through a factory reset just in case it is only a firmware fault.
If you decide to replace it the Versa 2 is a good replacement.
