Sense heart rate not tracked consistently on app

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My heart rate isn't showing up on the app for a couole of days. The days prior and the days after show up. I can click on those and look at the detail and swipe to the next day and that shows up. But again on dashboard after tap on the hear rate tile, a few days of those graphs is missing. I've tried everything and help has been ... well, no help. Any suggestions?

@IHJNG Welcome to the Community Forums!

If you refer to the Sense itself, I recommend performing a restart by doing the steps here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If it's on the mobile App, can you provide the model and the version of the operating system of your mobile device? Have you tried to see through the web dashboard if your graphs are missing there as well?

In the meantime, please log out and back into the Fitbit App. If that doesn't work, restart your phone and force quit restart the App on your mobile device. For this procedure, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Choose Apps. On some Samsung phones, touch the General tab atop the Settings app screen, and then choose the Application Manager item.
  3. Touch the Running tab to view only active or running apps
  4. Choose the app that's causing you distress.
  5. Touch the Stop or Force Stop button.

Note that instructions may vary depending on the mobile device you have.

I look forward to your response.
