The lights on the back of my sense are not working (no lights at all since last night). I am also not getting a heart rate reading. I have only had it since June so it is very frustrating. I already forced shutdown and it didn’t work. What else can I do?

I had this happen to me a month ago. I just left it on a table, a few days later I noticed that the watch was at 2% battery life. I put it on the charger and it has been okay since then.

@Sara-malibari Thanks for letting us know about your Sense, and the steps tried on your own. I understand how frustrating this can be and I'm sorry you're going through this experience. Because the sensor lights aren't turned on to detect your heart rate, your watch isn't able to display a reading. That being said, I'd suggest restarting your watch to refresh its performance and monitor its behavior afterwards.
