Hi all
This isn't about the heart rate measuring itself but the activity heart rate zones, this week I have noticed my heart rate zones have been changing up and down each day, which is very confusing, why are the zones changing daily and what can I do to set these zones so they stay fixed for longer, basically it's been fixed for say a few weeks then updated but now this week it's daily and it's going up and down all over the place - for example the lowest section was at 113 on Monday, went to 114 on Tues, back to 113 on Wednesday then Thurs up to 114 and today is at 115...it's very odd
Any insights into why this is happening all of a sudden (have had my sense almost a year so this is very new this week) and what I can do to stop it/at least fix it for say a week?
Thanks
Georgie

I'm not sure I would call varying from 113 to 115 "going up and down all over the place".
But heart rate zones take into account Resting Heart Rate. I expect you will a variation in RHR when the zones change.

Thanks Johnny, I think it's that I have never seen this daily and it's having a real impact on my active minutes tracking which I have been following regularly as part of my fitness goals, I have not seen such variety and movement daily ever and not seen what feels like sporadic movements in my activity zones and active minutes in the time I have used my sense
I am wondering if something has changed recently as looking at my resting heart rate and heart rate variability it's all very stable/within range so seems like something different all of a sudden
Will keep an eye on it but it's just an odd thing given I have not seen this before, like I said in my original post, the zones would stay pretty much the same for a few weeks at a time but this week has changed daily
