Sense hot when charging charges to 100% then drains right down

Sense gets hot when charging and then loses off the charge. Probably over a year old but still quite new. I had a versa too which I loved but I loved that the sense can answer the phone and has a speaker. Very disappointed a lot of money for it not to work

Hi @Mom7159 - stop charging immediately if it gets hot as it is dangerous.

Your watch has internal damage and is no longer usable, it probably got water in it. It can accumulate over time to become a problem.

Depending on country law it may still be under warranty and then can be replaced.

If you like this model it is best to stay with it as later models aren't as feature rich and some things you have working may no longer work on the later more expensive ones.
