I've had it. Fitbit had a good feature working and decided to ruin it. Taking away the option to set interval settings in the app is beyond asinine. And to make it worse, after setting it up through the dashboard on website, it still won't transfer to the device!
So, yeah. After this Sense dies (and they all do), I'm getting a Garmin and never ever going back.

@AlexNBothell Fitbit moved those settings to the Exercise app on the device itself - when it moved all the exercises to the device as part of its new operating system. When you choose Interval Workout, you will see a tiny "^" at the bottom of the screen. Swipe up. You set your intervals on the next screen. Yes, there is an error on the web page. I reported it to Fitbit when I found it.
I completely understand your frustration, but I'm sure this will help. You will notice that tiny "^" at the bottom of every exercise. All your settings options are there.
