Sense is crashing during my exercises

I’m in exercise mode and I pull out my phone open the Fitbit app for the first time. This causes the watch to reboot. I can recreate the issue all the time. 

Set the watch to walk with gps

Middle of walk open up the Fitbit app (after it was forced closed previously)  as it tries to sync with watch it crashes the watch. 

im getting really frustrated with Fitbit now.

Hi there @Bauer24, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Sense. I understand how frustrating this can be. 

Please try to do a Factory Reset to your watch and set it back to your account. To perform the Factory Reset, please follow these steps:

• On Sense, open the Settings app > About Sense > Factory reset.

Then, set it up again to your Fitbit app. For more information, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
