My Sense 1 watch's Exercise and Settings app crash when tapped, i.e. fail to initialize and return to the app selection screen. Syncing with the Fitbit phone app does nothing. Normally you would just factory reset the watch, but of course I can't access the settings app I have attempted the 'press and hold' hardware reset 39 times, getting to the long second vibration 3 times, but none of those have resulted in an actual factory reset. My next troubleshooting step is to smash this piece of crap with a hammer and buy a better exercise watch, but wondering if anyone had any bright ideas before do that.
