Sense is detecting workouts when I'm not working out

My sense is 'auto detecting' workouts when I am not working out.

I will be sitting in a meeting or steteching and my fitbit 'auto detects' that I have commenced a run and starts the workout!  I then need to 'end' the workout.

In the app under 'activity and wellness' under 'exercise' all my 'auto recognised exercises' are turned 'off'.

I am wondering if there is another setting I need to change someone if anyone can please help?

@JeremyDavis   Yes, there is a different feature on the Sense that you need to turn off.  It's called Run Detect and it is part of the Exercise app.  Swipe left on your screen, then open the Exercise app.  Tap on run, then swipe up on the tiny "^" at the bottom of the screen.  Look for Run Detect and toggle it off.  It is On by default.

Fitbit added this feature to the Exercise app several years ago in response to user requests, namely the runners who forgot to turn on the Exercise app when running.
