Sense is frozen in thermometer screen

I updated my app last night and synced my Sense watch. This morning my Sense is frozen on the thermometer screen and does not respond when I try to reset (hold the side button for 10 seconds). Please help. I tried to recharge my Ionic as a backup and it will not charge either.

Try charging your Sense. It probably means the battery has a problem.

 

Once its been on charge for two hours try restarting it.

 

The button is quite special.

Worn on the left arm -

 

rest your other thumb on the arm to the left of the watch

and forefinger on the back of the hand

and do a gentle squeeze of the watch

 

If it persists, as its under warranty, take to the shop for a replacement.
