Sense is frozen on fit bit logo

I put my watch on its charger and when I came back it was showing the logo, I tried everything I could find online to fix it. I've barely had it a week and it's not working anymore.

Hi @acorde97 I have no idea what the anything is that was tired. 

Have you tried holding the button in for 12 seconds? 

When you press the button, do you feel a short vibration? 

It should vibrate with a press and again when releasing the button. 

This would be the only thing I can think of trying.
