My Sense switches on and off every single time I have my phone's Bluetooth on for the past week. On Tuesday I went to bed with the battery fully charged and when I woke up it was at 6%.0i haven't even had this watch for a full month. I do not understand why it goes on and off for no reason at all.

@KhaniMM  I understand how you must be feeling. Thanks for following the steps provided to you.

This is very strange as your Sense shouldn't be rebooting itself when your phone's Bluetooth is on. Please try performing a restart on your watch by following these steps How do I restart my Fitbit device? Additionally, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hi there @KhaniMM, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Sense. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Note that your Sense battery should last up to 6 days. However, as with other electronic devices, the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used, such as the GPS, Spotify app or the Always-On display. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.

That being said, I'd recommend to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.

Regarding the synchronization, data automatically syncs to the Fitbit app throughout the day. Each time you open the Fitbit app, your device syncs automatically when it's nearby. You can also use the Sync Now option in the app at any time.

Hope that helps.

This is not helpful at all.

I am using a clock designed by Fitbit.

I cannot sync my data because everytime I switch my phone's Bluetooth on to do so, the watch reboots continuously until I switch my phone's Bluetooth off.

This watch is too expensive for it to be malfunctioning like this less than a month of purchase.
