I got a Fitbit Sense for my birthday a little over a week ago (the original - i did not want the Sense 2 because of the lack of 3rd party apps). Since then, my phone (Pixel 6) has had an issue twice that it has never had before. It will randomly stop connecting to ALL Bluetooth devices, not just my Sense. I noticed for the first time because I was trying to connect to my car's Bluetooth last week and it didn't work.
I don't really understand what's going on here, but it has happened twice now in the past week and has never happened before I had the Sense. i had a Versa 2 up until a year ago and I do not think this was a problem with that watch. Restarting my phone fixes the issue, but it would be really annoying if I had to do that frequently. Is there a way to prevent this issue?

Hi there, @sushibutter. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Sense is causing Bluetooth issues with your phone. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below in the order listed. Important: Please be aware that most Fitbit devices store up to 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data. If you wait longer than 7 days before syncing, you may only see the most recent week's detailed data. Summary data (calories, distance, steps, and floors) will be stored for 30 days. Nevertheless, if your Fitbit device was unpaired from your Fitbit account during this period of time, neither the 7 days can be recovered or restored.
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Sense first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

Hi @sushibutter - the Sense is a good choice but is unlikely itself to mess with the phone's Bluetooth.
However it's no impossible that a version of the Fitbit App does or the phone is experiencing an issue.
Did you try just turning Bluetooth off and on again? Or logging out of the Fitbit App and back in? Instead of just restarting the phone.
Before starting remedies when you do have an issue again first check if the watch is syncing with the Fitbit App and if not that is likely to be the cause.
In general iis good to know what is causing a problem before fixing it in order to avoid making it worse.
