Common problem the past few months. If you search the forum you will see this sync issue affects multiple watch models, over 2000 posts in the past few months. Seems the issue is in the Fitbit app, not any specific watch. Let's hope the app development team is aware of the problem and working on a fix.

Here is what I normally do (Android phone), maybe it will help you: turn off Bluetooth on my phone > open my app drawer long click the Fitbit icon > app info > clear cache and force stop > restart my phone > restart my watch (Sense) > when both are restarted open phone Settings and turn Bluetooth back on > go into Settings - Connected Devices and make sure my watch is connected to Bluetooth > open the Fitbit and swipe down to start a sync.

That usually fixes it for a few days, maybe a week. Then repeat when needed.
