Sense is not charging

Why is my Fitbit Sense won’t charge? It comes on 0% then a flash white line for a second and it’s not charging. I tried to clean it, cleaned watch, cleaned cord, the screen and everything and it’s still not charging 

What can I do to get it working/charging again?

Hi, @Horselover81 & @Gold66 welcome to the community, may I draw your attention to Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?  In addition, you should check your charging cable, and look carefully at the 4 pins that locate in the back of your "Sense", they should be slightly proud of the pad surface and free (they are spring-loaded) if they are not in correct order contact "Customer Support" or alternatively you can buy a replacement from Amazon at modest cost.

You should also clean the back of your "Sense", I use rubbing alcohol on a cotton wool pad and a cotton bud to detail the 4 pits that receive the pins. If you do not have rubbing alcohol try warm soapy water, rinse and dry before charging.
