Hi @Mek1954  - did something happen before this started happening.

As a first step hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.

Then charge it fully.

The lights won't flash sometimes. It is best worn and check the real watch values in the Today app (swipe watch face to the left to start it) are normal, especially HR.
