My husband and I both have new senses and we both have the same model Android phones. I am receiving my call notifications and sms but he is only receiving sms and missed calls. I have checked both phones and the settings are the same. I noticed on the fib bit apps on the 2 phones that on mine I have an option for call notifications but on his he does not. They are the same version app. I have spent 3 days on the phone with fibit customer service with no resolution. Has anyone else had this issue? We have already exchahis phone thinking it may be defective and still no luck. I have deleted and re-downloaded he app as well.

Hi @SunsetRunner,
I have an Android as well and it turns out that you need to do a few things. Please be sure your Bluetooth is on the entire time.
Go into you phone's "Settings" and be sure that "Sense Controls" is connected, it should look like this:
Next, go into your Fitbit app and tap your picture in the corner. This will take you to your Account Settings page.
After that, you'll see a page with all your settings on it. Tap the picture of the Sense, this will take you to the Tracker Settings.
Next, tap "On Wrist Calls"
Finally, when you tap "On Wrist Calls", you'll see this page, check the permissions and then select "Done".

Not familiar with Android but do you have this screen? You have to turn on the Fitbit Notification Service so that the notifications start working as intended. If you have this screen, make sure to toggle it on. I’ve read where this was a solution for an individual that did not have text or call options but after turning this on they appeared. Weird that if everything identical, something permission must not be active.

For me it’s because they Sense won’t stay synced to my phone. Apparently it’s a HUGE problem they all have.
You might also notice the “find phone” option doesn’t work most of the time, for the same reason. MAJOR DESIGN FLAW!

I have a Samsung S23 Ultra. I get the message notifications on my Sense, but I am only getting missed calls notifications. Calls are not showing on my sense. No where does it say Allow Call notifications when I select "On Wrist Calls".
Please help it's driving me crazy!!
