Sense is not showing my stats in the centre of the screen during exercise

My sense isn’t showing stats (pace, HR, steps, etc) in the centre of the screen when using the exercise app. Where the stats usually show in the middle, it's now a Orange circle. I've tried restarting my Fitbit watch. The watch is synching with the app ok, just not showing stats during workout.

This is a similar post that doesn't have a resolution: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Sense/Sense-is-not-showing-my-stats-in-the-centre-of-the-screen/td-p...

Hi @gwapogreg. Welcome to the community forums.

Thank you for providing the information about this difficulty with Sense. Thanks for restarting the device in order to fix it.

Please, can you confirm that the difficulty is just in exercise mode, or it's also missing the info on the display when you tap the screen to cycle through the stats?

In the meantime, please try to perform the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
  2. Tap your Fitbit device image.
  3. Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.

If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. The issue is in exercise mode. The info is available when tapping the the display in clock mode or normal mode.

I have performed an manual sync on the app, I have restarted the fitbit and changed the clock face. Unfortunately none of these steps have resolve the issue.
