Sense is not showing my stats in the centre of the screen

My sense isn’t showing stats (pace, HR, steps, etc) in the centre of the screen when using the exercise app. Where the stats usually show in the middle, it's now a blank circle. I've tried restarting my Fitbit watch. I saw a post from a couple of years ago where someone had a similar problem but it wasn't resolved. Thanks.Fitbit sense issue.jpg

Hi there, @Wilesy. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention, for the troubleshooting steps you've tried, and for the image attached. I'm sorry to hear that your Sense is no longer showing your stats in the centre of the screen. I will do my best to help you with this!

Did you change the clock face on your Sense recently? 
If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
  2. Tap your Fitbit device image. 
  3. Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.

If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @MarreFitbit .Thanks for your response. I've tried what you suggested but unfortunately it hasn't worked. I've since noticed that the problem is not just in exercise mode, it's also missing the info on the display when I tap the screen to cycle through the stats (see attached image).

@Wilesy Thanks for following the steps I recommended and for the image attached. 

Since all the steps you tried didn't work, you have a Sense and report it's not showing your data on the screen, I need additional information from you that would best be shared privately. I’m sharing a link to a form for you to fill out so we can look into this further.
