Sense not registering sleep or heart rate

HI @Rrosemary7 - try restarting the watch, hold the button for 10 seconds until it vibrates and then release it and wait for logo to appear and it to start.
Sometimes a clock face may give the wrong information and changing to another one helps and also ensure it is syncing with the phone well. Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If this does not cure it, there may be a watch fault, especially if there are other issues, not related to HR. You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support, they may help you do a factory reset but it might not help.
If it is under warranty and fault it can be replaced.
